BioI am from Ocean County, New Jersey. I have two kids, two dogs, one book, and two completed YA manuscripts. I began writing many years ago, but like many of us I took a ten year detour before I found my way back. When my children both began attending school, I finally jumped on the keyboard and haven't gotten off since; nor do I plan to. My first re-entry to the writing world started in the form of writing Internet articles, short stories, poetry, and a year long stint as an on-line journalist/columunist. After that, I completed my first children's book for middle-grade readers, "The Bedazzling Bowl."
